At Munou, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers worldwide. We respect the laws and regulations of each country and ensure that your consumer rights are fully protected.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the returned product must meet the following conditions:
General Items: The product must be new and unused. All original packaging and accessories must be intact, free of scratches, stains, or signs of use.
Power Banks: Our power banks have protective film on both sides. To be eligible for a return, please do not remove the protective film. Once removed, the product will not be returnable.
14-Day Unconditional Return
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (based on the delivery date shown on the tracking page).
The returned product must be in unused condition and include all original accessories. If the product or its packaging shows signs of use or damage beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value. The deduction amount (if applicable) will be adjusted based on the degree of damage or wear and tear, typically ranging from 5% to 30%, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Munou will cover the return shipping costs.
No restocking fees or additional charges will be charged.
We recommend retaining the original packaging to ensure a smooth return.
Returns from Days 14 to 30
You can still return an item within 30 days of receiving it, but if a return request is made after 14 days, the following rules apply:
The item must still meet all of the return conditions listed above.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
No restocking fees or hidden fees will be charged.

Please do not return an item without first contacting our team. If you return an item without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and there is a risk of loss of the package.
Shipping Items
Before returning your item, please take clear photos of the product, packaging, and accessories to document its condition.
Please provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days of shipment.
Returns Due to Product Defects or Quality Issues
If the product you received exhibits quality issues or obvious defects, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. After verifying the issue, we will provide a full refund or free replacement, at your option.
Munou will cover all associated shipping costs.
To help us analyze and confirm the issue, please be sure to provide a video clearly showing the defect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return package and verify that the product, packaging, and accessories are intact:
We will process your full refund within 2 business days.
Damage incurred during shipping will be the responsibility of Munou, not the customer.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 1-8 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Return shipping reimbursement (where applicable) will be processed via PayPal or other appropriate means.
