Warranty Policy

At Munou, we guarantee the quality and durability of our products. We offer a two-year limited warranty on all Munou products, which applies uniformly to customers worldwide, in accordance with EU consumer protection standards.

This warranty applies only to orders purchased directly from the Kuxiu official website (https://www.munou.shop). We are not responsible for products purchased from other platforms or channels.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

Failure of magnetic components, hinges, or the wireless charging system

This warranty does not cover:

Accessories or gifts included in the packaging, such as adapters

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, or accidents

Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use

Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification

Shipping Costs

If a product develops a covered defect within the two years of purchase:

Munou will cover all shipping costs, including return and reshipment, repair, or replacement.

Note: If the issue is found to be outside the warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable repair costs.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact our customer support team at Support@munou.shop and provide the following information:

Your order number or proof of purchase

Description of the problem

Photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will evaluate your claim and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

Upon receipt of the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge and cover the return shipping costs.

Do not return the product without first contacting customer service for proper return instructions. Unauthorized returns may result in Kooshow refusing to cover shipping costs or any related losses.

Additional Notes

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Replaced or repaired products do not extend the original warranty period. They are only covered for the remainder of the original 2-year warranty from the date of initial purchase.

This warranty is in addition to your local legal consumer rights.
