Shipping Policy
We process orders and hand them off to our shipping service provider at 4:00 PM (Sydney UTC+10) Australian time on weekdays (Monday to Friday). If the order falls on a weekend or holiday, we aim to complete it within three days.
We have warehouses in multiple countries and regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. We will optimize shipping based on product inventory and package availability.
Note: To expedite delivery, some packages may be shipped directly from our AMZ warehouse (if the product is in stock there). Please note that due to processing times and time zone differences, tracking information may be slightly delayed.
Shipping times vary depending on your country and region, but packages typically arrive within 15 days. Below are shipping times for different countries. Based on our past order history, actual delivery times are shorter than the average delivery times shown in the table.

Due to the special logistics requirements of power bank products, shipping times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates based on past orders. Actual delivery times may vary due to various factors, including inclement weather conditions, customs clearance, and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for most products in the KUXIU store.
For some remote countries and regions with higher shipping costs, we may experience a loss in business. In such cases, we require you to supplement the shipping costs accordingly. Examples include Reunion Island, Kazakhstan, Greece, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Switzerland. Remote areas such as the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
Additional shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and displayed with the shipping address after you enter the calculated result. The additional shipping cost ranges from $19.99 to $29.99 (depending on your country and region).
About Customs
We use 4PX for the first leg by default, saving you time and customs duties. For the final leg, we partner with logistics providers such as USPS, DHL, FEDX, DPD, and EMS, as well as local postal services.
Most products purchased from our store are duty-free, and we cover customs duties in most countries.
However, if you request that we use a different logistics provider, you will be responsible for customs clearance, customs duties, and additional shipping fees.
If the package is returned due to the buyer's non-compliance with customs clearance, the buyer will be responsible for the associated handling fees, which will be determined based on the order amount.
Order Tracking
Once we process your order and transfer it to the logistics provider, we will send you an email notifying you that your order is en route. This email will include a tracking number and a tracking link. You can click on this link to track the shipment. Our system will continuously track your package and automatically notify you of its status via email until you receive it.
If you do not receive this email, your email provider may have mistakenly identified it as spam. Alternatively, you can contact us for tracking assistance.
You can also use www.17track.net to track your order, as it supports almost all logistics service providers.
About lost packages
If the package is lost or not delivered according to the logistics information, please do not worry, we will do our best to help you find the package.
(1) If the package is lost during transportation, we will resend a new package to you. All costs will be borne by us.
However, if the package is returned damaged due to being stored locally for too long, the customer will bear the loss and no refund will be given. However, if the customer agrees to pay the shipping fee (about US$15-20), we will consider resending the package.
(2) If the logistics service provider system shows that the package has been delivered (including being placed in a package locker, delivered to a safe place such as the door or porch) and the package is lost, please try the following ways to find the package.
Communicate with family members who may have received the information.
Contact the logistics company and ask them for their specific location.
Check the nearby security cameras when the package arrives.
If it is still not found, please call the police or contact the logistics company for compensation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately at Support@munou.shop. We will typically intercept the shipment and correct the delivery information within one business day.
However, we cannot modify the shipping address once the package has been shipped. You will need to contact your local postal service to resolve the issue. If the address does not match or the recipient cannot be contacted during the final delivery process, the postal service may return the package or damage it. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
In this case, we will initiate the following process:
1. For returned packages, we will send you multiple emails requesting the correct address and contact information so that we can reship the package from your local shipping location.
This process can be complex and take considerable time, depending on the processing speed of your local postal service.
Reshipping will incur additional postage, typically $15, which is your responsibility.
If we are unable to contact you, the item will be processed by the postal service after 15 days. We do not offer refunds or returns in this case.
2. For processed packages, if it is the mistake on the customer's side, we do not provide refunds or returns in this case.
